NORDBLOC.1® bevel geared motor with NORDAC LINK

Our 2-stage bevel gear units are particularly suitable for applications in conveyor technology. The NORDAC LINK frequency inverter impresses with a high level of pluggability and a flexible decentralised installation.

DuoDrive with NORDAC ON+

The integrated geared motor concept combines our high-efficiency IE5+ motor with a single-stage helical gear unit in one housing.Together with the decentralised NORDAC ON+ frequency inverter, this results in a highly efficient drive system that is completely designed in a hygienic manner.

  • Minimum maintenance efforts: DuoDrive with only a few wear parts, NORDAC ON+ with a high level of pluggability
  • Easy commissioning: both components are economic plug-and-play solutions
  • Maximum energy efficiency: motor-gear unit results in a maximum efficient drive system

MAXXDRIVE® with SAFOMI and NORDAC PRO

For mixers and agitators with vertical mixer shaft, our MAXXDRIVE® industrial gear units can be equipped with SAFOMI-IEC adapters. Our compact universal inverter for the NORDAC PRO control cabinet up to 160 kW furthermore provides a versatile control.

  • No leakage: SAFOMI-IEC adapter with integrated oil expansion volume
  • Compact and strong: one-piece UNICASE housing without joints that are subject to torque
  • High operating convenience: control cabinet inverter with USB interface for voltage-free parameterisation

The Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control ( BAFA , Germany) is funding investments in energy-efficient drives both for installation of new systems and conversion of existing ones. Up to 40% of the investment costs are being covered.

We support you in making use of this funding! Our energy experts analyse your actual on-site situation and recommend an eligible drive system. On request, we can also put you in touch with an energy advisor who will guide you through the entire application process.
